The past few months have been a whirlwind of tech innovations. I'm talking about Chat GPT and other generative AI platforms like Bard and Claude.

With over 100 recruiters and sources having signed up to my Chat GPT for Recruitment Success course, I have had a few ah-ha moments.

As we are in the early stages of generating AI tools, it is up to the user to invest time and energy to get valuable results. Unfortunately, most people don't have the desire, determination, or capability to tackle a new method of interacting with these AI tools. This will change once the software and tools we use daily integrate with AI. But I do see some similarities when teaching ever-experienced sources and recruiters more complex boolean search string tactics.
